All items in our store would be shipped from our US warehouse by FedEx, UPS service or other courier truck service to customer’s delivery address, shipping time about 2-4 business days,which is varied from the distance between your address and our item’s location.
If requiring faster express service say overnight delivery, pls notify Chiuer before making payment, because the shipping fee should be recalcuated and addtional cost would be charged.
If you have large order for our product, pls never hesitate to ask for better quote,in this case, shipping by courier service is the best choice as we can pack them and ship it in a pallet.Usually, tracking number can be given in 1-2 business days after making payment.

1. It is acceptable to return the goods to our US warehouse after receiving the merchandise due to our product’s quality problem or use for a period of time but stop working, customer are required to send the defective(fixture or component) to our US warehouse with our label, we send another new replacement(components or new fixture) to your address.
Otherwise, if customer return goods without notification or without any reason, customer need to pay the freight to our US warehouse and 30% restocking fee would be charged. We don’t accept any return if the product are damaged during usage or package is damaged.
2. For any damage of the goods during transportation, pls notify us within 7 days by showing some photos to prove, then we will send a free replacement or refund you fully if project cannot wait or return partly when we reach consensus. Therefore, customer should check the shipment condition once receive goods and give us feedback. After that deadline,we will not take responsibility;
3. If receiving the wrong product or not the same product as described, pls notify us within 30 days, we will send a correct one freely or return money fully if customer cannot wait for the new shipment, customer is required to arrange shipping for the wrong product back to our US warehouse with our shipping label.
4. For any kind of customer’s faults as below that cause the LED product to fail, we don’t offer warranty.
* Operated under the too cold or too hot environment
* Used under wrong voltage
* Neglect to read our manual and result in unproper working condition and shorten the fixture or component’s lifespan
* Disasembled or repaired by customer or third party without any authority and cause product to fail
* Modification such as drilling hole on the fixture to install other accessories
* Defects or damage by lightning or other electrical discharge
Chiuer offer 5 years limited warranty to DLC Energy Star standard or DLC premium LED products, 2-3 years warranty on only ETL UL CE RoHS SAA TUV certified product after your purchase.
